How the Deletion Process Works
Submit Your Request
Send us an email or call us with your data deletion request. Include your full name and the contact details (phone number or email) you used when interacting with us so we can locate your records.
Identity Verification
To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before processing any deletion request. We may ask you to confirm a detail only you would know (e.g. your order date or registered phone number).
Processing
Once verified, we will delete or anonymise your personal data from our active systems within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete.
Exceptions
Certain data may be retained where required by law (e.g. financial records for tax purposes) or for legitimate business needs such as fraud prevention. In such cases, we will inform you of what data is retained and the reason.
